Das ehemalige Rathaus und Amtsgericht von Ohligs, einem Stadtteil von Solingen, wurde an einen Investor verkauft. Mit einem enormen Aufwand ließ er das Gebäude innen und außen renovieren. Heute können die Räume von Gewerbetreibenden angemietet werden.
